A Bit About Me

I am a mother of five kids and I am passionate about all things Birth, Breastfeeding and Babywearing. As the youngest of seven I have always been birth curious and found myself drawn to birth books and birth stories from a young age.

I have been working Professionally as a Doula since 2015. I have attended over 100 births. I completed my Doula training and certification through Birth Arts International. I have supported mothers in 6 area hospitals (Marin Health, Santa Rosa Kaiser, San Francisco Kaiser, CPMC, St. Lukes (now CPMC Mission Bernal) and UCSF), the San Francisco Birth Center, as well as in the homebirth setting. No matter where a mother chooses to give birth my goal is for her to be loved, supported and educated.

In addition to being a Doula, I am a La Leche League Leader supporting women with mother-to-mother breastfeeding support, a Babywearing  Educator and a Childbirth Instructor with Kaiser Permanente.  When I am not supporting women with Birth, Breastfeeding or Babywearing, I am spending time with my husband and kids exploring the Bay Area.
